Hi,
We are trying to decide what color countertop would tie our tub/shower into our bathroom tiles and paint. The tiles have silver flecks and the base of them is a very light tan. We just put in a silver light fixture and silver framed mirror. The vanity is white. The paint is a silver/blue.

Since your bathroom color scheme is natural calm tones, almost any other color would work well with them and would make an interesting accent. But there is already one color in your bathroom that does this work: the blue of bathroom tiles border. Therefore I would suggest you to look for color that match these tiles. It could be light or dark blue, dark grey-blue, light grey with blue spots and so on. Such bathroom countertop would bring an additional interest to the room and along with blue tiles would tie the whole interior.
